Setting expectations is more useful than a feature list. This is not a replacement for Premiere or Resolve. There is no multi-track timeline, no colour grading, no audio mixing. What it does is take a 22-minute source video — our average across 1,224 videos as of 27 July 2026 — and let you adjust the clips the pipeline pulled out of it.

Practically that means trimming clip boundaries, correcting captions before they are burned in, changing caption styling, and adjusting the crop when speaker tracking picked the wrong subject. Those four things cover most of what a clip actually needs between generation and posting, and they are quick because the clip is already close.

Generation mode also shapes what you get to edit. Of 6,790 clips produced, 6,683 came from the standard viral-clip mode, with the remainder split across topic clips, jokes and memes, memorable phrases, showcase, and trailer. The narrower modes return fewer candidates and are worth choosing before you generate rather than trying to reshape a viral clip into a trailer afterwards. Clips arrive at a median of 42 seconds, so edits are usually seconds of trimming rather than restructuring.
