Captions here are rendered into the pixels, because 96% of the 7,101 clips we have produced go out as 9:16 to platforms where a sidecar subtitle file is either ignored or styled by someone else. That choice buys you consistent styling everywhere and costs you the ability to fix a typo after export.

So the accuracy floor matters more than it would for a subtitle track. On 1,224 real user videos measured 27 July 2026, mean transcription confidence was 0.972. English carried 1,180 of those videos and Hindi 31, at 0.972 and 0.973 confidence respectively.

High mean confidence hides where the errors cluster. Brand names, people's names, and technical jargon are the words most likely to be wrong, and they are also the words your audience will notice. Two minutes reading the caption track before you export is the cheapest quality step available, and it is the one people skip.
