2. Use of the Service

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Meta's platform terms
Be solely responsible for actions taken using your account

Prohibited uses include:

Spamming or misusing messaging features
Violating any third-party rights or platform rules
Attempting unauthorized access or reverse engineering of the platform

3. Instagram/Meta API Integration

You understand that:

Our platform relies on official Meta APIs
Access may be revoked by Meta at any time
Scalereach is not liable for any disruptions caused by changes to Meta's API or policy enforcement

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless canceled
Refunds are issued as per our [Refund Policy] and only under eligible conditions
You are responsible for canceling your subscription in time to avoid renewal charges

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in our platform are owned by or licensed to Scalereach. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scalereach is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Service downtime or disruption
Loss of data or access
API limitations or bans

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scalereach, its team, and partners from any claim, liability, damage, or loss arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts located in District Court of Surat.

Refund Policy

scalereach.ai offers a flexible refund policy to maintain customer satisfaction while protecting against abuse.

1. Free Trial

We offer a free trial to evaluate our features before committing to a subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

A request is made within 7 days of the first subscription payment
There is a verifiable technical issue on our end that prevents core functionality

3. Ineligible Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted for:

Renewals after free trial expiration
User error, misconfigurations, or violation of terms
Usage after refund request initiation

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email hevin@scalereach.ai with your account details and reason. All valid refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
